How It Works

WHAT IS FUND THE FUTURE?

Fund the Future is an exciting one-day giving event when Republic County comes together to contribute to the life-changing work of our Republic County nonprofit organizations. It was created by the Republic County Community Foundation as a way to increase philanthropy throughout Republic County and to galvanize the community to “give back” in a big way. This giving day shines a spotlight on local giving and creates a new sense of energy around generosity.

As a result of years of successful December Match Month campaigns, and with the support of the Patterson Family Foundation, RCCF has set aside $40,000 in matching funds for qualifying Republic County nonprofits participating in this years's Fund the Future event.
