As a rural community, we must be proactive in maintaining and improving our downtown to remain vibrant and competitive. Many revitalization efforts require matching dollars, seed funding, or flexible resources that are not tied to a specific grant cycle.

This fund provides the financial stability needed to pursue larger projects such as infrastructure improvements, beautification enhancements, business support initiatives, and scholarships. All of which directly strengthen Belleville’s economic future.
